Combining Sipcam Agro USA and Advan LLC into one entity, SipcamAdvan brings profitable differentiated solutions to distribution. The growing product line includes a full line of bio-rational products as well as a solid portfolio of traditional chemistries. As a launch platform for new technologies Sipcam is now actively developing and registering differentiated products based on partnerships with research based companies. The new product supply combined with the formulation expertise of our parent company (The Sipcam / Oxon Group) provides Sipcam an opportunity to redefine our destiny.
With solid roots in the traditional marketplace, Sipcam Agro is now able to expand its product offering to meet the needs of changing markets. Sipcam’s commitment to expansion is exemplified with the recent acquisition of Advan, LLC ; a new plant health company focused on green chemistry and bio-rational technologies. Advan, LLC is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Sipcam and serves the turf, ornamental, organic agriculture, home and garden markets of both the U.S. and Mexico.
In addition to the crop and landscape markets, Sipcam Agro also participates in the Pest Control and Industrial Biocide markets with its wholly owned subsidiary Sostram Corporation. Sostram produces and markets pest control products and industrial biocides with a portfolio of both traditional products and green alternatives. With a new focus on termite protection, mold and odor control, Sostram offers clean solutions to common problems in human dwellings.
