Their mission is to help ensure growers and consumers have the technologies they need to protect crops, communities and ecosystems from the threat of pests, weeds and diseases in an environmentally sustainable way.

Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment (RISE) is the national trade association that represents the manufacturers, formulators, distributors and other industry leaders involved with specialty pesticides and fertilizers. This group works together to collectively promote the safe use of pesticides to control pests and invasive species that are detrimental to our health and our environment.

Project Evergreen is a national nonprofit organization committed to helping people work together to create healthy green space. They do this through GreenCare for Community initiatives that revitalize parks and public green spaces, and through the GreenCare for Troops program that mobilizes lawn and landscape services for military families.
